Sports and exercise

Exercise is an important part of keeping healthy. Exercise will help make your muscles stay strong and work for longer. The most important muscle is that of the heart. Even when we are asleep the heart is working, pumping blood around the body. The healthier we are the better it is for our hearts.

This year we can not do a whole school sports day so you can have your own sports day at home. Either complete the following activities yourself or as a competition against another family member. For each activity you can reach bronze, silver or gold. Can you rise to the challenge?
