This Week's wonderful weekly work is a PE focus. Once you have completed it send us a picture of your written instructions. If you like you could always send in a picture or a video of you performing one of the exercises. Keep fit and enjoy!

PE- Your personal work out
Last week you were given a set of instructions with exercises to complete for your PE session. This week we would like you to design your own set of instructions and have a go at completing them with a member of your family or maybe contact a friend or relative and let them have a go?
Try and write up to 10 instructions and think about how you can exercise different parts of your body as well as get your heart rate up by moving more.
Set a time limit for each exercise, maybe 30 seconds for each exercise or give a certain amount of repetitions for example; 10 jumping Jacks.
