Chinese New Year
The children have been having lots of fun finding out and learning about the festival of Chinese New Year. They have learn how people prepare and what they do to celebrate. In school we have been making special red envelopes, lanterns and Chinese dragons. We all made music and took part in a dragon dance. We also set up a Chinese restaurant role-play.
