Dragon's are very important to Chinese people and the traditional Dragon Dance is a key part of Chinese New Year celebrations. Click on the link below and find out more about the Dragon Dance and it's significance. Watch the video and then see if you can create your own dragon dance! Perhaps you could include some family members in your house and you might like to create a dragon mask to wear (we have included one you can print but you might like to make your own). If you have any percussion instruments at home, such as bells, drums, tambourines etc. perhaps you could create some music for your dance - you could even record it and play it back to dance along to!
