WALT: correctly use the rules for writing speech 45 minutes

 

This week in English will be our REVISION WEEK.

We will be going back over some of the grammar and punctuation rules we have been learning during lockdown. I should be seeing these rules now being used as you write your longer writes.

REMEMBER: Direct speech is what we call the words spoken in our writing. Direct speech goes between the inverted commas.
