EKO Club is not currently running
EKO Club is run by Educating Kids Outdoors (EKO) and booking is direct via their website. We take a maximum of 16 children with an EKO leader and a volunteer parent helper (the children love it when their parent/carer is able to come along see what they get up to).
EKO Club is based around Forest School principals and style of learning with lots of fun, seasonal bushcraft activities and games allowing the children to learn new skills, make new friends and develop their confidence and resilience as well as their emotional and social skills. They learn about their natural world and have time to explore and discover things for themselves, as well as sharing their knowledge and creations with each other.
EKO Club takes place outside in all weathers at the Brewood Middle School outdoor learning site. Children will change in the school hall and come back ther for collection.
For the final EKO Club session each term we have a family campfire to which all family members (parents, siblings and grandparents) are invited to come and join us at our outdoor site around the campfire with celebratory campfire snacks, songs and activities for everyone.
For more information on what we get up to, please take a look at our Newsletter or visit our website at www.ekolearning.org.uk
