PSHE is Personal Social and Health Education. This is our vision for PSHE.
‘Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again’ Nelson Mandela.
We are ourselves
Our vision evolves constantly to be responsive to the needs of our today's children. We want our children to be prepared for the challenges they face in life. Through learning about health and well-being, relationships and living in the wider world, children are given opportunities to develop their skills in a safe and nurturing environment enabling them to grow into confident, emotionally mature, caring and respectful members of our community.
CONSULTATION OF RELATIONSHIPS AND SEX EDUCATION (RSE) POLICY
We are currently reviewing and updating our Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) Policy in readiness for the new statutory guidance from the Department for Education, which will become compulsory for all schools from September 2026.
We are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers, and your views are very important to us. We would therefore like to invite you to take part in this consultation process of the new policy. Please refer to the letter below which provides further explanation and details.
