🌿 Wellbeing Day at School 🌿
Our school recently enjoyed a truly fantastic Wellbeing Day, giving all children the chance to pause, reflect, and connect with themselves and others. Throughout the day, pupils immersed themselves in activities designed to explore emotions, nurture mental health, deepen spirituality, and strengthen social skills.
From calming mindfulness sessions to creative emotional expression, collaborative games, and reflective moments, every activity encouraged children to recognise their feelings, support one another, and build confidence in a safe, positive environment.
The atmosphere across the school was joyful, calm, and full of curiosity. It was wonderful to see pupils engaging so thoughtfully, embracing new experiences, and learning skills that will support their wellbeing long into the future.
