World Book Day
We had a wonderful World Book Day in school, celebrating books and the joy of reading. The children moved around the school taking part in a range of book-themed activities. These included sharing stories together, role‑playing traditional tales, making bookmarks, pretending to be like Roald Dahl’s Twits to create their own tricks, and designing their own bear adventures.

New Children's Lending Library
We were also excited to launch our new Children’s Lending Library on World Book Day. The library structure was generously donated by a neighbour of the school, and many of our parents have kindly contributed books to help fill the shelves. Children will now be able to borrow books, take them home, and enjoy a wide range of stories.
