Christmas Science Day 2020

On the Thursday before Christmas the whole school had a Christmas Science Day. The children took part in a range of investigations including

- What happens to a candy cane when it is put in water? Is it different for hot water compared to cold water?

- Which wrapping paper is the strongest?

- Making snowflakes from salt solution

- Sensory play with snow dough

- Christmas Chemistry - what happens when?
