AIM HIGH BELIEVE, FLY HIGH ACHIEVE

School Closure Learning 2021

Hello Puffins,

I hope you are all fine and are ready for this new way of learning.

When reading remember to use your phonics if you need to. Segment the word and then blend it together. Take your time with your books and try not to rush them. I will keep updating bug club so that you have books to read. It is important to understand what you have read so rereading is allowed.

Remember, when you do any writing, think hard about your letter formation and the size of you letters. Mr Marker will help you check your work. Don't forget to tell your parents about him.

Also think about all the different strategies you have learned in maths, part part whole, bar modelling and blank numberlines.

Each week I will set some 'Wonderful Weekly Work'. Click on the rainbow icon to find out what it is. Please send pictures of this completed task by 3.15 pm on Wednesday to:

puffins@stmarystchad.org

I have created some links to some really useful websites that will help support your learning. Click on the Ipad icon to explore further.

If you would like to send me any pictures of your learning or to ask questions please use the class email address.

Try your best to WOW!

Have fun.

Routine and structure is very important to children of all ages. Please find below an overview of the school day/week the keyworker children are following whilst in school. It may/ may not help you to structure your day at home.
