Weekly Learning Overview - 01.03.21
Hi Doves,
Well as we approach the final week of home school learning, all of your Doves Class teachers are looking forward to seeing you all back at school. You may be feeling excited or a little nervous, but don't worry, things will be very similar to how they were before. We can't wait to have lots of fun!
Can you do a special job for us? ..... Can you continue to work hard for this final week?
Well, as you are all so wonderful and such little superstars, we thought that you might enjoy finding out about some other super people. This week we will start a new topic all about 'Superheroes'! Below you will find a launch video and a PowerPoint. Listen and look very carefully and see if you can find out some more information about some of the people that you see.
We have lots of fun activities planned.
We also wanted to tell you that on Thursday it is 'World Book Day'. Now sadly we can't all be together, but we have added some fun challenges to the plan. These activities will replace this week's 'Creative Curriculum' task, so on Thursday we would like you to complete your phonics and daily maths tasks, then spend the rest of the time choosing at least three of the challenges that we have listed linked to 'World Book Day'. See which ones you would like to have a go at and we would love you to share some of your learning with us. We were also hoping that you could use some of this time to be 'screen free', have a break from technology and complete some fun practical tasks. Maybe you could even take some of your learning into the garden!
We hope that you have all managed to print out your learning ticket charts from last week, we have enjoyed giving out learning tickets this week!
