In literacy this week we will be learning about rhyme. Read the story below 'A Magical Muddle' and see if you can spot any rhyming words. Talk about the story with an adult and then print the rhyming string cards and shuffle. Can you find any matching rhyming pairs? Can you sound talk any of the words?
This weeks focus task is to complete the 'at' and 'og' cauldron sheet. Start by thinking about the word 'cat'. Sound talk with an adult and write together. Next see if you can add some more 'at' words to the potion in the cauldron. Have a go at segmenting the sounds and writing them down. Please work as independently as you can and don't worry too much about the spelling, just try your best.
