Home

This week have been learning about homes, the vocabulary used around the home and all the different types of homes we see. Children have enjoyed matching the people, animals and insects to the different home picture. We extended the children's interests in shapes and shapes we see in the environment by building shape houses. In addition, we added lots of natural resource enhancements to the nursery for the children to explore further. 

The Home

At home you could talk about the different houses you see and what you see; a door, 3 windows and big garden wall.
