Today we are learning the new digraph th - please note the 2 different pronunciations this and thin.

Please practise quick recall of this sound and the corresponding action. Please see the homework section for further information and activities to support this, including work on formation.

Please practise quick recall of the sounds - j, v, w, x, y, z, qu, ch and sh. Can you write the sounds too?

Next it would be great if you could play Quickwrite words. Ask an adult to say the words below to you, see if you can sound talk them and write down all of the sounds that you hear in order. Please do not worry if you don't get them all, just record what you can.

Then please play 'Yes/No' Questions - read the questions and decide if the answer is yes or no! Look carefully for tricky word and digraphs when reading the questions.
