This week we will be continuing with our one to one phonic checks. The children will be completing some Phase 2 phonics revision in class. We will continue to focus on blending and segmenting. Below you will find a words/picture match blending activity containing CVC words. In addition we have also included a 'Tricky Word Spotter Story'. If you read the simple story together and then encourage your child to look at each sentence in turn and see if they can spot any of the Phase 2 tricky words - the, I, no, go, to, into.
