Today we would like you to practise reading words in sentences. Start by warming up your brains and checking that you know all of the Phase 2 and 3 phonemes covered so far: s, a, t, p, i, n, m, d, g, o, c, k, ck, e, u, r, h, b, f, f, l, ll, ss, j, v, w, x, y, z, qu, sh, ch, th, ng, ai, ee, igh, oa, oo, ar, or, ur, oi, ear, air, ure. It would be great if you could recap on the formation of all of the trigraphs in a joined style.

Next we would like you to play the game (use the link below) called 'Sentence Substitution'. In the game you have to blend to read the sentences and play around with words to make new sentences. See how many you can change. Have fun! laugh
