EKO Trip
We went on our EKO trip to Brewood Middle School. The day was themed around the story of 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'. We had lots of fun exploring the area and learning how to stay safe. We played lots of fun games including 1,2, 3 where are you? Caterpillar, Butterfly and bug corners . During the day we went bug hunting, did den building and water play. The children each made their own caterpillar using an old sock and recycled materials. We listened to the story and tasted lots of exciting foods which appear in the book. Finally we made some giant grass caterpillars, mad our own paper pots and planted sunflower seeds. What a busy and exciting day!
