Over the past few weeks we have focused on settling the children into school and learning lots of new rules and routines. We have been thinking about ourselves, families and friends. We have worked on developing confidence and thinking about managing our feelings and behaviour.
In maths this week have been learning about matching sets. The children looked at similarities and differences and matched lots of classroom items. They had a go at finding matching pairs of socks and described them.
In literacy we thought about our families and started to explore mark making. We also began our 'Squiggle While You Wiggle' sessions!
